Terms of Use

1. The service

MikroWiFi is a mobile app for managing MikroTik routers and hotspot vouchers. You need your own MikroTik router; the app is a management tool and does not provide internet connectivity itself. MikroWiFi is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by MikroTik SIA.

2. Your responsibilities

• You must own or be authorized to manage every router you connect.
• You are responsible for complying with local laws that apply to operating a Wi-Fi service (licensing, data retention, taxation of voucher sales, and similar).
• Keep your account credentials and router passwords safe.

3. Subscriptions

• Premium plans (Solo, Pro, Fleet) are auto-renewable subscriptions billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store at the price shown before purchase, in monthly, 6-month or yearly periods.
• Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your Google Play / App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• A 14-day free trial with full features starts at first sign-in; after it ends, the free tier remains available with reduced limits.
• Refunds are handled by the stores under their policies.

4. Fair use

You may not use MikroWiFi to attack networks you do not control, interfere with other users' service, resell the app itself, or attempt to bypass entitlement verification. We may suspend accounts engaged in abuse of the service or of our support staff.

5. Warranty & liability

The app is provided "as is". Networking equipment varies; we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not liable for lost revenue from hotspot downtime, misconfigured routers, or voucher misuse. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

6. Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time in the app. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
