Your account is deleted immediately — no waiting period, no support ticket needed.
Can't sign in, or already uninstalled the app? Fill this in — it opens your own email app with the message ready to send to us. Nothing is submitted or deleted automatically; you send the email yourself.
We verify the request matches the account email, then delete it within 7 days.
Deleting your account permanently removes, with no recovery:
Not affected: routers you've added stay saved only on your phone (in the device's secure storage) and are untouched by account deletion — remove those separately in the app under My routers, if you want.
